At Eastern Living, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Online Purchases

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Custom-sized products

  • Engraved or specially ordered merchandise

  • All Jewelry and gemstone products 

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
