Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) — Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) — Calculated at checkout
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $78

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Large Items & Special Orders Certain items — including furniture, oversized products, and special orders — require custom shipping arrangements and cannot be processed through standard checkout. If your order includes one of these items, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can provide accurate shipping details, timelines, and pricing.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping fees and extended delivery times.

International Shipping We do offer international shipping. Please contact us for specific shipping prices. If applicable, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Eastern Living is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Eastern Living is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order ships.
